Warranty Policy | 3-Year Limited Warranty

AccessTech Innovations (“AccessTech,” “we,” or “us”) stands behind the quality and reliability of our products. We are committed to providing durable access control hardware that performs under real-world conditions.

1. Coverage

This 3-Year Limited Warranty covers any electric strike manufactured or sold by AccessTech Innovations that fails due to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and proper installation within three (3) years from the date of original purchase.

During this warranty period, AccessTech will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the defective product,

  • Replace it with an identical or equivalent product, or

  • Issue a credit toward a replacement unit.

All replacement parts or products assume the remaining warranty of the original item or 90 days from the date of replacement — whichever is longer.

2. What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, abuse, modification, or neglect

  • Damage caused by power surges, short circuits, incorrect voltage, or wiring errors

  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or corrosion

  • Acts of nature (fire, flood, lightning, etc.)

  • Products not purchased directly from AccessTech Innovations or authorized distributors

3. How to Obtain Warranty Service

To submit a warranty claim, please contact AccessTech Innovations Customer Support with the following information:

  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice)

  • Product model

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos or video demonstrating the problem (if possible)

Upon verification, AccessTech will provide return instructions and, if applicable, an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Customers are responsible for shipping costs to AccessTech; return shipping for valid claims will be covered by AccessTech.

4. Limitations of Liability

This warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of defective products as described above. AccessTech Innovations is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use, loss of profits, or damage to other equipment arising from the use or inability to use our products.

5. Warranty Transferability

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

6. Governing Law

This Limited Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
